Hi,
1007 5544Yes, but that is all you have owned. Most people moved past that, or have never driven...
Nice run out to and along the coast, with only three incidents. Two of which were within 10 miles of each other. So a reasonably pleasurable day out.
1. An absolute loony on two wheels suddenly appeared in my off side mirror, shot round me on a blind bend, leaning over so far his head nearly collided with my front wing as he went past. He then did the same to the poor sod in the car in front of me, all on a narrow twisty B road doing around a 100mph - also seemed to have a youngster as pillion on the back. I saw him pulled in 10 minutes further on, by a police Volvo in the next village along. What I didn't understand was that cones had been already laid out, as if there had been an accident.
2. 70mph on NSL dual carriageway in L2 and a 'twirly' pulled out on me at 55mph to overtake another 'twirly' doing 53mph. He seemed to run out of steam once he got alongside the other car, then suddenley noticed me bearing down on him and started rocking from side to side in L2.
3. Ka doing 65mph in front of me and reluctant to move back into L1 despite their being plenty of regular gaps, plus more vehicles building up behind me. He-she suddenly decided they had to take the next exit, so pushed into to a narrow gap in L1 and suddenly reduced speed to 40mph. Poor sod (aging Astra) in L1 had no where to go other than pull out into L2 in front of me, to avoid the Ka. Syphathetic glances were exchanged between us, as he pulled back into L1 and I overtook him.
Can you please leave a filtering gapHi, Some of you four (or more) wheel drivers do not seem to appreciate that it is perfectly legitimate for bikes to 'filter' through stationary or slow moving traffic. For those who may not know...
