No, you are dead arong. He is one of the most competent in the city, has many contracts for mail trucks, private fleets, rental cars. He also LOVES Fords. When I said I hated them, and they suck, so how could he recomend them? He said "look around us, count the fords here waiting, now count the rest of the brands". I did, and about 50% of the cars were Fords, the other 50% were every other make added up. He said "I LOVE Fords, they send me to aruba every year". I've watched his lot, and on average 50% are fords waiting for service. He has a week wait for service, with 6 mechanics. Yeah, he MUST be incompetent.
