Just not so. Dems pushed hard for investing in new energy sources like E cars etc, but the REPUBLICAN congress shoots 'em down everytime.
What good is cheap gas if our planet is dead? Honestly, the stupidity of people like you kill me. Think about this carefully, no planet=no cheap gas. If you can't see we are close to extinction due to our own filth, you are blind.

Again, this is repub BS. Look at electric cars. More money to buy, but yet they can't build enough of them. The repubs blew those off saying "nobody will buy those at that price" and just the opposite is happening. The problem is that the public is getting a whole lot smarter than the oil barons want us to be. Gasoline refiners and dealers rule our government with guys like Bush in, because he lets them, so his oil friends can get richer. I just hope to hell the public has learned their lesson regarding electing a person from texas who is in the oil biz.
Read my above statement.

What a load. You're a nutcase pal. Sorry I wasted this much time replying before I read this far. Nobody, anywhere tore out solar panels because gas got cheaper.

"As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron." H.L. Mencken (1880 - 1956) "Anyone with degrees from Yale and Harvard is presumed to be intelligent, but George W. Bush has managed to overcome that presumption."
