I still want to know WHY all of these people were not evacuated before the storm hit. Everybody in the entire nation watched the storm boiling up for a solid wee and there was never any question it was going to be a disaster in New Orleans. SOMEBODY within our government should have declared martial law to force them to evacuate if they did not have the means or the desire to leave. It would have been virtually effortless to have comandeered Greyhound buses and vehicles to evacuate the tens of thousands of people who showed up at the Superdome and the Convention Center the day before the storm hit. It wouldn't even have mattered WHERE they were taken, so long as it was out of New Orleans. Even being dropped off in a cow pasture in East Texas would have been an improvement over leaving them there to die. WHERE WERE THE PREPARATIONS???? WHY HAVE BILLIONS OF AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS BEEN TAKEN FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE AND ARE NOT BEING USED FOR EMERGENCIES???? IMPEACH BUSH. LEAVE NO INCUMBENT SEATED IN '06.
You need to be hunted down and executed. f*** your views. I support Bush, I own weapons and have 25 years of military experience which makes me a superior human being compared to idiots like you.
For your information, and it is clear that you are not capable of being educated, New Orleans was not damaged by the Hurricane rather it was the break of dike that was the problem. The real storm damage is in Miss., LA.
