ABD Francis Right To Silence Cameras Has anyone had case postponed uU|G*dfHK8Zr48 1295

That is your prerogative, but I can butture you that it is true. If all speed limits were abandoned tomorrow my driving would not change one iota.

I don't agree. As you are aware, any 'profit' that the camera partnerships make is ring-fenced to be used for additional cameras or other road-safety initiatives. By all accounts...

No so. My speed is always tempered by the circumstances.

Quite. I don't intend to get either, even now.

But there WOULD be fear of repurcussions. If caught doing 100 (if it were physically possible) in a (sub)urban street, even in the middle of the night, I would be surpised if there were not a charge of dangerous or reckless driving and a custodial sentence.

I most certainly do, honestly. The only things that make me drive slower are the conditions. Most of the speed limits around here, within the (sub)urban areas, are reasonably set. The areas where they are not, like the 30-40mph DC Lewes Road, I am quite happy to ignore them if the conditions allow, and they don't really allow much more than 40-50 repsectively. In the middle of the night it might be different but even then it wouldn't be a lot more without the benefit of lights and siren.
