What has that got to do with it? Full beam won't help you see round corners.
No. All that is required is a quick flash after coming out of a bend to see the pattern of the road ahead. You don't need to have full beam on all the time. Dipped headlights can be seen just as easily by anyone wanting to come out a junction.
If someone is behind you, you should use full beam to give them the chance of overtaking. But if there is a bend at the end of the overtaking, your main beam will obliterate the beam of any oncoming vehicle coming out of that bend. For this reason it is best to use dimmed headlights as it is much easier to see the beam of other vehicles round the bend.
Far more annoying are people who (a) push their main beam on manually while taking bends with one hand on the steering wheel or (b) turn their main beam on permanently only turning it off a few seconds after they have blinded you.
I usually flash my main beam before going round bends to discourage (b). But other drivers with main beam on will probably not see your beam until they actually see your lights.
