Good engine, transmission and bodywork.
The Story.. Girlfriends car, started to get it ready for MOT.. new brake disks and pads, new exhaust front pipe & gaskets. Drive shafts needed attention ( CV's gone on both sides..) Got a pair of driveshafts from scrap yard on line.. sent the wrong ones.. Much wrangling... Original O-S driveshaft went missing in post..:-( Got fed up... Car sat on drive for four months.. Bought GF new car..
So... what needs to be done...??
needs exhaust manifold bolting back on, had to remove it to fit new front pipe ( no studs snapped-stripped, all nuts and washers are there) Front end suspension is part stripped, but wheels are back on and the car is sat on them. No driveshafts.. New disks are on, calipers are dangling and new pads are still in the box. New Front pipe is fitted... Rest of exhaust system is pretty new.. Tyres are seriously iffy, and would need replacing.
Boot lock is missing, but I have a full fresh set of locks and keys, complete with steering wheel and column that i bought from the scrappers..
About 100k on the clock, was a great runner and a pretty clean car..
Good Project to make cheap runabout, or useful for spares...
