What a joke. The 3.4% increase was mostly used to fill a shortfall in Pell Grant funding from previous years. Dumbya eliminated 46 education programs and cut spending on important programs such as No Children Left Behind Act. Not to mention $75 MILLION in private school vouchers and billions in tax credits for the costs buttociated with transferring from public to private schools.
