incorrect. hundreds of thousands of people don't have problems with pocket PC's. if you decide to be in the minority of people who do then it's likely that you have not RTFM and, especially in steves case (hate to mention his name, it will surely invoke him) STFW. as any fule kno, manuals are printed pre production and all the relevant, juicy information to enable one to get the most out of a pocket PC is on the FW, produced by people who actually have pocket PCs rather than people who think (ha) "it all sounds a bit complicated" or they have heard that it's "rubbish" for some vague and unspecified reason.
the information generated by determined users, not people who cry "defective" at the first sign of difficulty, is usually high quality, peer reviewed, tried and tested. if you post a tip or trick or workaround on a forum and it doesn't work for everyone then community spirit takes over and people often collaborate to produce a result for the community.

what you tend not to get for very long are muppets banging on about "IT'S poo" as they usually forget their login or get banned for being a complete helmet.
I'm sure someone who's opinion can be swayed by people who shout "it's poo" would have as much difficulty working a pocket PC as someone who shouts "it's poo" and I'm also certain that some tag team will be along soon to tell me and you that I'm wrong, even though they don't use pocket pcs day in, day out, for business and will crumble when asked for details of their device.
