Coming back with a load of wood on SR195 - 2 lane highway with limited pbutting posted 60, flow about 65

I try to cruise about 55 loaded now with the price of gas. My f150 is a gashog empty, loaded... But I do not block traffic. Pick up a follwer - white car. He lets one pbutting opportunity go (a very good one). I step it up to about 64-65 as I can see there is not going to be any pbutting for a long time due to traffic.

White car stays behind varying from 1-4 mile back to tail gating, different position every time I check, now has a black car behind it.

10 miles later I am coming up to my drive which requires a left turn. I don't do left turns unless there is no traffic behind me. I flick on right blinker and ease over as far as I can and stay on pavement, that puts my left wheels right on fog line. Nothing coming for 1-2 mile clear veiw. I expect to see the white car then the black go by while I am watching my wheel position (sharp drop off...nothing..then the BLACK car goes by. I am now down to about 25, check, white car is right on bumper still in lane. Stays there until I give up and STOP in my neighbors drive. Then he pulls around. Acted like he was scared to pull over the nicely painted dotted line. That left me having to start my load from a dead stop and try to find a gap to get into my drive. As it developed, I didn't make it, had to go on by and turn around 1 mile down the road.
