Yeah....... kinda what I was thinking after posting today's responses. I've got people crawling all down my throat citing things that weren't even mentioned in the article. My favorite is how a license plate violation was cause for a search. It wasn't. The other is how it's legal to drive with one plate there. It's not (unless it's the old green tag which isn't even issued anymore). I used to wonder why more cops don't hang out in these discussions, but I figured that out a long time ago. Most of the anti-cops in here don't have a clue about how the penal-traffic laws in our country work, let alone the numerous case law decisions that relate to them so it is very difficult to have a normal conversation. I spend more time doing research to show them that the cops are right than I do typing it out. I really have no malice toward anyone in here and never have, I just wish people would learn more about their own laws before flying off the cuff because a cop enforced one.
