Well, yeah, especially when its legal!
Funny, I don't remember the consbreastution saying, "... the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed except in a vehicle."
Brent's going to love this... 3747The government as of yet is having a difficult time just taking firearms away from the people. So they are making so many laws and such that mistakes...
Show me the version of the 2nd amendment that says, "...except in a vehicle."
No, they're guessing, and or making poo up.
We had a "making poo up" alert here in Fredericksburg at the gun show last Saturday. Dealer gave a rifle to a potential customer who pointed it at the ceiling and pulled the trigger. It went off. They charge the dealer with "willful discharge of a weapon". The DEALER. Hell, he didn't even have his hands on the gun, the cartridge may or may not have been put there by somebody else, and neither the bonehead dealer nor the bonehead potential customer checked the chamber. They're going to try to put him in jail for a long time for making a procedural error - a mistake. Nobody's perfect, but these cops have to make poo up in order to make themselves look important, either to the public or to their supervisors. Damn, I hate it - hate the east coast - this stuff happens all up and down the east coast. If it wasn't for the job...
Absolutely the same thing. He's an American citizen, so should be able to "keep and bear arms" (otherwise know as "carrying" or "packing") anywhere in the country. I say should, and believe that all laws to the contrary are just another (illegal) subversion of our rights as stated in the Consbreastution. The courts are going along with the abridgement of pretty much all our rights - latest to go was property rights which now can be taken by the state and given to some other private citizen - and they're not done. That "taking" definitely is not in the Consbreastution, a I and other citizens of this country that can read the English that the founding fathers wrote don't give a dam what way the courts have perverted it.
As in "courts."
