Depends on what you have to do to use it, and what you're driving. It's not a CB where you don't even have to look at it to get your party on the other end, and when you're driving a bus, m.o. is that you need 100% of your mind focused on doing your job. Doing something non-vital such as calling someone on a cell phone is a significant enough distraction in cars for some people. On a bus, yet? No question, unless it's a dire emergency and the bus just can't be stopped for some reason, the cell phone needs to stay out of the driver's hand. Justm ho, oc.
