The "tinkering" is simply the addition of whatever number of votes it takes to insure the Diebold choice wins. Winning means getting the majority of votes and nothing more. A 51-49 win is just as much a win as a 75-25 win. The NeoCon simply needed to get into office in order to do their "thing".
The election itself was not in any way a close election. It only seems close because the NeoCons are satisfied with a 51 to 49 win. Even with the dirty tricks and the mbuttive voter disenfranchisement done by the NeoCons to insure the Democratic vote was greatly diminished, it was still necessary to fudge the numbers and use the planted NeoCons in the Justice System in order to win the first stolen election.
The second stolen election was far easier once the tried and true methods of vote fraud had been perfected and the media was drawn into aiding and abetting the NeoCon.
To win by a landslide would have alerted even the slowest to the fact that something was fishy. By only adding as many ghost-votes as needed from time to time, to keep the race looking 'neck and neck', the NeoCon has made it look as though the elections were close and thus could have gone either way. By winning by only a small margin, most folks were fooled into thinking the election was real.
This makes most Democrats think; "Well, we almost won.", which sadly enough is satisfactory compared to losing big time for the Democrats.
In truth, had the real votes been 80-20 for Kerry, Diebold would have still made the totals 51-49 for Bush, by simply adding whatever was needed to achieve that total once the tally was in.
A close look at Ohio will likely show a number of counties having a registered voter turnout of 125% or more.
If Clinton had run against George Bush, the result would have been a 51 to 49 percent win for Bush, no matter what the real vote total might be.
When you steal an election, it does not matter what the real voter turnout is. Only the end result counts because then you're in office and can start the cover up. The only thing you cannot afford to do is lose, because then you would be investigated and charged by the winners.
You just have to stop thinking about these people as Statesmen and Politicians and realize their true calling as criminals, rapists, liquidateers, theives, conmen and charlatans who have already made millions honing their criminal expertise over the years.
