I don't like him, but I respect his work. As for you, I don't respect lemonheads who like pigeonhole people who don't agree with them....I don't like Rush because he is self-righteous, pompous and believes his own hype today (unlike 10 years ago when he was WORTH listening to). However, I DO like other commentators because they make me think.....challenging one's belief systems is a good thing because it forces you into rational, logical thought and balancing it against core beliefs.

I read quite a bit, sir....in fact, I tend to read a lot more than the average person. I just don't enjoy reading technical books that take a PhD in Physics or Chemistry to understand. I tend to enjoy books that are more historical. As for fusion research, I am referring to more than just atom smashers and "Microfusion" tests. I mean real, heavy duty "Quantum Acceleration" fusion...none of this "theoretical crap."
Okay, then answer me why nobody has decided to try mbutt-produce hydrogen using the old "high school" system - you know, hydrochloric aid bath and Zinc rods? Maybe I'm being simplistic, but I figured some garage scientist would have come up with an idea by now that is practical and affordable.....as for hydrogen taking more energy, that may be true but why doesn't someone just come out and "say" that if it is the case....
All people only "listen to what they want to hear" if I told you to listen to something you didn't like, you would not be happy, would you? No....you would either stop listening or change the channel. You only listen if you like what you hear or feel like being entertained by an opposing viewpoint. Anything else is self-righteous b.s.
