--------------------------------------------------------------------- We in the CEO Council have some new proposals for the times we live in. It is time for Americans to suck up and give into these harsh proposals. We are very happy that these times are here. We executives are the kind of people who care so much for Society !
Here are the proposals.
1. With the high price of gas, it is time to reinstate and permanently keep the 55 mph speed limit. States would be required to take down speed limit signs that allow for speeds faster than 55 mph. In addition, states would be required to have high fines and high points for those who choose to disobey the limit. In addition, The Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) would have a newly created Highway Patrol Division that would buttist states in enforcing the reinstate 55 mph limit. The division will show no tolerance. Drive 56 mph, you will get a ticket.
Speedjunkies: selfimage vs. realityTYPICAL SPEEDER'S SELF-IMAGE: Extreme skills, ultra-aware, master of my domain, rogue warrior, interstate superhero, uber-commuter, achieves safety via swiftness and panache, women dig guys...
2. Impose a $2.00 per gallon tax on gasoline. Even when the price of gas goes down, the pain would continue to be felt for the good of the American people. It would remind them that we are in charge. It is time for Americans to change their lives such as move into the cities where the jobs are and to vacate their rural property.
3. On United Airlines pensions, we are glad the pensions are being taken away. This allows for more money to pay the executives better salaries and retirement at the expense of pilots, stewardess and mechanics. What makes us so happy is people who planned on being retired and enjoying life thinking they were done serving Society have to go back to work and serve Society some more. We are Society !
4. Reinstate high inflation. We are happy this proposal is well underway being implemented with things like gas prices. Unfortunately, there has been a 25 year abscence from puntative inflation that was going on under President Carter and unfortunately, not continued under Mr. Reagan. We plan on making up the lack of high inflation for the 25 years.
5. Insist on the extradition of Pat Robertson to Venezuela for his threat, disrespect and bad mouthing of Chief Executive and President of Venezuela Hugo Chavez. The same for others who show disrspect for President Chavez. There is free speech so long as it promotes the views of Society. Speech that show disrespect for executives is not considered free speech, therefore, will NOT BE TOLERATED and punished severely !
6. Proposals for Corporate America. These are ideas that corporations should adopt into their corporate culture.
- Reinstate formal business dress codes like the 1950's. Casual dress means not being serious for business. - Require that vacation request must be approved by the executives before being granted. - Reminding those who are beneath the executives of the concept of knowing their place. This would include not going to certain fine places to eat even if they have the money. Not playing in the stock market since it is an exclusive domain reserved for executives and government officials. - Your lifestyle outside of work should be included in your evaluation. Example is if you drive a muscle car or ride a motorcycle, that should be looked upon unfavorably. If you get speeding tickets, you should be looked at as irresponsible and be dealt with accordingly.
We have more proposals coming on the way. It is time for ordinary Americans to suck up and take their medicine for the good of Society.
