Good to see the cops are taking this seriously and not treating this as another "accident". Stop the criminal coddling and lock this dangerous nut up.

October 28, 2005
Four months after a car crashed into a Davenport home, narrowly missing a woman who was asleep in her bed, the man who police say was the driver of the car has been arrested.
Adam Carney Conn, 22, of Davenport, is charged with five different crimes resulting from the crash, including striking fixtures upon a highway, failure to maintain control of a vehicle, driving under suspension, speeding and driving under suspension with habitual violations and nonpayment of fines.
Police say Conn was driving a car that crashed into a Davenport home on June 23.
Maryella Wallace was asleep in bed when she awoke to the sound of squealing tires and a car crashing through her bedroom wall.
The car hit her bed, but she escaped unhurt.
The driver of the car backed out of the house and drove away, leaking oil all over Wallaceâs front yard.
Wallace said her husband was at work at the time. One of her dogs, a chickener spaniel named Sophie, was in a kennel at the end of the bed.
The kennel was knocked across the room but Sophie wasnât hurt, Wallace said.
Later, the Wallaces found pieces of their home several blocks away. Aluminum siding was scattered across the bedroom floor.
ÎÎYou could see where his tires spun on the carpet,ââ said Ronald Wallace, Maryellaâs husband.
She said everything happened so fast that night.
ÎÎI remember going, âOh my God,â ... I was trying to call 911 and I couldnât see the numbers in the dark,ââ she said.
Conn was being held in the Scott County jail under $10,500 bond.
