Causing rest by careless driving

Wheel clampers
I really don't understand wtf happened today. I want to visit Aldi. I use their designated car park that clearly says "for Aldi customers only...

Hello,

I have seen many road traffic accidents that are just that - accidents. The law has only been changed to bow down to the public that often want nothing more than revenge. An accident is an accident, and people wanting revenge are a bit sick in my opinion. People do make genuine mistakes and don't intend to injure or kill anyone. No driver is perfect and not every driver sets out to be a bad driver, things happen. I would start to question how many doctors will now be prosecuted when they sign forms for the DVLA stating drivers over 70 are fit to drive when they are clearly not. One of my relatives had cataracts and couldn't see a thing but his doctor signed a note to say he was OK to drive when he was clearly not, after an examination. So if he had end anyone due to not wanting to give up his independance, would the doctor be liable? I think so ! Try proving what a genuine accident is or was. I don't think this new Law has been thought out, it's almost a publicity stunt in my opinion as an answer to the current political correctness regime. No doubt the "no win no fee finance agreement" solicitors (vultures in my opinion) are rubbing their hands.
