Cop Dirty Tricks 3074Yes they do - film is far superior to even high definition TV. 35 mm still photography can still blow away even the high-end...
Here's a real cop dirty trick . . . on my way home last Friday, on a 4-lane divided Interstate highway, spotted the state trooper in the median with his laser gun on tax collection duty. Old news, right? BUT WAIT!!! There's more . . .
THIS ONE had his laser gun aimed at Northbound traffic. The statie was parked near the SOUTHBOUND side of the Interstate, facing South. While the gravel connector (between the two divided sides of the interstate) was about 150' long, the statie was parked just a few feet away from the left lane of the Southbound side, and parked PARALLEL with traffic on the Southbound side.
So if you were Northbound at the time, you'd be expecting to see a cop in the median. But even though the cop WAS in the median, he was so close to the other side of the road, and parked parallel with traffic headed the opposite direction, that it was really difficult to tell he was on tax collection duty. If you took a quick glance at him, you might even think he was driving southbound in the pbutting lane. Call it "hiding in plain sight". That's a dirty trick, IMHO -Dave
