Those 3 sentences qualify as the most illogical... and may qualify as the most stupid ever posted on usenet.

There's no *need* for: airborne clocking of speeders since there's radar. There's no *need* for: radar since an officer can pace speeding traffic. There's no *need* for: seatbelt laws since most drivers aren't involved in crashes.
