I suspect it is a violation of law since he was pulled over for it.
buttuming it is a violation, he should have been pulled over numerous times and ticketed for it.
And he should have been ticketed for it this time.
I would have no problem with that.
I myself have been ticketed for lights that didn't work - at least mine were still on my car though and I did intend to get them fixed.
I deserved that ticket. That's not the issue here.
Indeed there are.
I don't have a problem with law enforcement sending fake contest winning notifications to wanted people. They actually do that and manage to catch fugitives that way.
The really dumb ones ask if the handcuffs mean they really aren't going to get a new TV.
I don't recall exactly how Billy Hayes reacted when he was busted in that movie, but I'm pretty sure he didn't even have a weapon, let alone use it.
And I know the movie isn't a 100% accurate portrayal of what really happened, but what is the comparison that you're trying to make?
It should earn him a ticket - no matter what part of town he was driving around in.
The fact that it's been missing for 5 years and he wasn't pulled over where he usually drives is a strong indication that there are serious problems with the way law enforcement works in this city, if not this whole country.
Efficiency does not equate to Consbreastutional.
The Nazis were efficient.
You don't think a better way might actually be to enforce laws?
Cops on fishing expeditions 2898I didn't write that. You don't get it. Everyone here would like to see such vehicle drivers ticketed for the faulty equipment. But they aren't. They can go years without being stopped and when they...
How can you say on the one hand that my co-worker should have gotten a ticket, but then excuse the cop because he didn't issue one?
And they still let it slide.
