I didn't say you didn't understand it. You understand it quite well and seek to undermine it with every loophole and tool law you can. And we are supposed to trust you not to abuse these laws that violate the very essence of the bill of rights. But what it really means is just more selective enforcement. Most people won't be subject to it, but I've gotten a taste of it and I don't like it. It's just plain wrong.
You want to make your lives easier. But that comes at a great cost to our liberty.
With all the loopholes cops and government officals have carved in to get around the bill of rights it takes a pretty big f*** up.
Then I suggest you read the writings of the founders. Because creating a situation where anyone can be stopped and checked at any time at the whim of government or police is not what they had in mind.
You have consistantly argued for the system that goes around our basic protections by turning every citizen into either a violator or suspicious person. Under those conditions, there are no unreasonable searches.
