Brimstone
No, there isn't. There was a case where a judge said that every cyclist must be allowed his wobble, which is not the same thing. Since cyclists do not "wobble" six feet either way, there is no need for them to either ride six feet from the kerb or for other vehicles to pbutt them at a six foot distance (which would mean overtaking completely on the wrong side of most s-c roads). God knows what happens when one cyclist pbuttes another cyclist; on your footing, he needs to allow 12 feet so as to allow for their combined six foot "wobbles".
Cyclists shouldn't be playing the guitar whilst on the move.
It does him no good to "take" it, and it disadvantages others (something you are *always* criticising). So why do it?
I remember a TV programme (couple of years back now) featuring a "stroppy be cycling in the pedestrian precinct in the middle of Northampton. The look of shock on the faces of cyclists he stopped there (many of them staid pillars of the community rather than Lycra louts) told its own tale. He even impounded one because it was in an unroadworthy condition. More power to the elbows of stroppy young coppers nationwide.
Additionally, I bet the errant bikeist failed the atbreastude test, probably even telling the SYC that he was obstructing the traffic deliberately for his own purposes.
