If you're very lucky, we'll get a repeat of the incident where a cyclist rode through the red light (it's a pedestrian cycle at that point), a pedestrian commented on it, and the cyclist returned, dismounted and buttaulted the pedestrian. Of course, there's no way of identifying the cyclist, given that they carry no identification and all dress in novelty condoms.

Sure, I like Edinburgh. I can't recall the cyclists being any different there than anywhere else, though.
I can recommend the pelican lights outside Cannon St. station and the ones just down Holborn from Holborn station towards St.Pauls. I've seen cyclists ride flat-out through streams of pedestrians in both places. In one, the obscenities started beforehand ("get out of the f***ing way"), in the other the cyclist called me a "****" after I politely ("Oi, that's a red light") pointed out that the light was red....
