We do indeed have a Right TO Speak, a Right TO Press, and a Right TO Freely Transit, each at our own inclination.
"Undoubtedly the right of locomotion, the right to remove from one place to another according to inclination, is an attribute of personal liberty, and the right, ordinarily, of free transit from or through the territory of any state is a right secured by the 14th Amendment and by other provisions of the Consbreastution." - Williams v. Fears, 179 U.S.
Above, the US Supreme Court has ruled that we have the Right "to remove from one place to another..." (Travel) "...according to inclination" (Personal). And, that "the right, ordinarily, of free transit..." (Transit Ordinarily Exercised) "...from or through the territory of any state" (including Public Highways) is among the Rights protected by the 14th Amendment and by other provisions of the Consbreastution.
We have the Right of Transit Ordinarily exercised for Personal Travel at our Own Inclination on our Public Highways. No State shall make or enforce any Laws which would presume to convert any Right into a Privilege.
Today, that Transit Exercised is, of course, Driving the Automobile.
Our States and our representatives are Lying to us, State Licensing Laws would presume to convert this Right into a Privilege.
The more our Highways, our Implements of Liberty, are made unusable by anything but the Automobile, the more this Lie makes us prisoners of privilege behind bars of blacktop.
