Driving is a Right 2552jaybird The issue isn't "Travel". The issue is our Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel...
And, Driver Licensing Laws would presume to deny us our Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Highways without Due Process of Law, therefore they are UnConsbreastutional.
No state, including Texas, summons EVERY INDIVIDUAL CITIZEN into court based on charges that, if found guilty after given the opportunity to defend themself in an orderly proceeding, would deprive that individual of their Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Highways. Yet, State Licensing laws would presume to deny EVERY INDIVIDUAL CITIZEN of their Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Highways, WITHOUT offering them the opportunity to defend themself in an orderly proceeding. Therefore, they are UnConsbreastutional.
Another circular argument. My argument is that those Laws, those penal codes, are UnConsbreastutional. And, I have provided Supreme Court Judgments as my evidence. State Laws DO NOT trump Supreme Court Judgments. The Supreme Court has ruled that we have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Highways. The Supreme Court has also ruled that we have the Right of the Customary Mode of Personal Travel on our Public Highways. Driving Automobiles IS the Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Highways. Driving Automobiles IS the Customary Mode of Personal Travel on our Public Highways.
