Driving is a Right 2553

I'm not even claiming that driving is a privilege. Everyone has an equal right to do so within the confines of our laws.

That makes sense to me. When they said back then that drivers needed training and we needed rules of the road, licensing began to make sure that we were accomplishing that goal. The right did not disolve into a privilege.

Because that is the Right of Licensing Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Highways.

JohnH Actually, I regreat making part of that comment now. At least jaybird hasn't resorted...

I should have been clearer. By Travel, I mean that you have the Right to Operate a Motor Vehicle at your own Inclination as long as you have completed the Licensing Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Highways.

We still have the RoTOufPTaooIooPH, you just have to be licensed to do so.

That is completely relevant and the point of this whole discussion. You want a Supreme Court ruling, but they haven't because they won't take it before them. They know that licensing is consbreastutional and don't need to waste their time.
