Well, frankly, I won't be loosing any sleep either. But, I'm not the one fouling myself.
I never disregarded your arguments. I considered them all, and explained why they fell short. Now, if that's what you call "disregard", then so be it. If you stopped somebody for reckless endangerment, and they explained "but, I had vaseline on my hands", are you somehow obligated to let them go because they had an argument?
Driving is a Right 2557jaybird Yea, well, at least my opinion is backed up by evidence and reason. It doesn't escape my notice that you no longer attempt to...
In my book, and frankly that's all that matters to me, a Troll is someone who deliberately bates others for personally offensive exchanges. This behavior has been exhibited by John Gaquin, Motorhead Lawyer, Benard Farquart, Furious George, and gcmschemist, to mention a few. And, now it would seem to me that you too are wishing to join their ranks. Lie with dogs, wake with fleas. No skin off my nose, as on the internet, one can only skin their own noses, as have those I mentioned above.
I've spoken with you in an adult fashon, and up to this point, I got the same in exchange. I figured YOU had thrown in the towel since you had no further arguments. Now YOU come back, but not with arguments, and instead encroaching on Ad Hominems.
I've thrown in no towel, I still maintain my position, and I'll debate it with anybody willing to do so. I won't back down, because I know I'm right. I've given this issue more than a couple years of study, thought and research. I am 99.9% convinced in it's legality, and 100% convened in it's rightness. And, even if I were only 10% convinced in the legality, being 100% convinced in the rightness negates the issue of legality.
I'll tell you where I stand on legality. Legality is only a mechanism of social interaction. But, in a society where rightness has become unimportant, I would have no desire for interaction, and therefore legality would be of no significance to myself. The way I have it figured is that I have only ONE obligation to society. That being to Honor and Respect the RIGHTS of others as I would expect them to Honor and Respect my own Rights. I'll respect your Right to Life as long as you respect mine. The moment you cross that line, you're life would be worthless to me.
Law has no spiritual value to myself. ONLY Rights have a spiritual value. And, Law is ONLY a mechanism to protect that value. When Law becomes destructive to those ends, I'll become destructive to such Laws.
Driving is a Right 2558jaybird I've posted a US Supreme Court ruling as evidence of the existence of this Right, making the laws you posted UnConsbreastutional. Posting a UnConsbreastutional Law as evidence that Law is valid is...
And, I'll explain to you the "spiritual" nature of Rights to myself. But, please note here that I do not touch on any Creator, any "God". I do not know if there is or isn't a "God", and probably never will in this life. So, I don't bother myself with it. I only know we didn't exist, and now we do. How that come about is unimportant at this time. So, this isn't a religious rant of belief, but instead this is pure and hard fact.
We are, most of us, self aware creatures. We are sentient beings. It is this self awareness, this sentient quality, which is our "spirit". If we are not self aware, we have no spirit. It is also this self awareness, this sentient quality, which gives us knowledge of right and wrong. Consent is a power all sentient beings have. The word "consent" means "from consent". When we exercise our power of consent, we are saying "with my consent, this thing is right, as opposed to without it, this thing is wrong." When we exercise our power of consent, we are witnessing to our knowledge of the very existence of right and wrong.
Driving is a Right 2560jaybird What I posted is a Supreme Court ruling stating that we have the Right of Transit Ordinarily exercised for Personal Travel on...
If you are interested, I have some writings on this at:
But, it is a known fact that there are those who will lie, and say or do what they know to be wrong. There are those who will give consent, to others or themself, to things they do not have a Right to. There are those who will do what they know to be wrong. And, this is where the mechanism of Law is supposed to come into play.
Driving is a Right 2562jaybird "and the right, ordinarily, of free transit" Irrelevant. You suggested that something done everyday is okay. Theft occurs every day. Doesn't make it right. Those Laws are UnConsbreastutional. Irrelevant. If I do...
I do not obey laws for laws sake. I only obey laws for the sake of rightness. And, when laws become destructive to rightness, I will become destructive to those laws.
Driving is a Right 2561But it doesn't say that anywhere in your quote. Theft is against the law. Licensing drivers...
So, stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
