Yes I have. I have argued that licensing makes us more safe by requiring all people to pbutt minimum standards so we know they are aware of the rules of the road. After that they allow us a standardized way to track offenders of those rules and to be able to revoke their right to drive if they show a pattern of misconduct.
That doesn't even make sense in the argument. Those shoes aren't going to make me any safer, you're not teaching me anything about the rules of the hallway, and there is no one else that I have to safely navigate the hallway with. Try again.
