Driving is a Right 2564

See if you can follow the bouncing ball.

Here is the whole quote:

"Undoubtedly the right of locomotion, the right to remove from one place to another according to inclination, is an attribute of personal liberty, and the right, ordinarily, of free transit from or through the territory of any state is a right secured by the 14th Amendment and by other provisions of the Consbreastution." - Williams v. Fears, 179 U.S.

My claim is that we have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Highways.

I point spicifically to the phrase: "and the right, ordinarily, of free transit"

You suggest that if something is done everyday that makes it okay. I countered that suggestion by pointing out the fact that theft occurs everyday, but that doesn't make it right.

How ironic. I find your lack of common sense humorous, since it's in Texas. In closer proximity, I might find your lack of common sense dangerous. Please stay in Texas. You love it there.

jaybird You have said this a number of times, and it only shows your lack of reason and lack of...

Why? I have to spell everything out to you, and you still avoid the points.

So, here you admit you lied above.

Posturing will get you nowhere with me. I was tempted to tell you where to locate your posturing. I'll save that for the next time you choose to posture. Posturing is a sign of someone who can't defend their position.

That doesn't answer WHY one must continue to re-apply for Licenses. If anything, it only begs the question again.

No, they don't. They can follow a person's misconduct in their driving without the need for driver's licenses, just as they can follow their misconduct in the exercise of any other of their Rights.
