Driving is a Right 2568

Old Wolf

I see in it that we have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways.

Bill Funk Driving Automobiles IS the "most ordinary" exercised method of transit. Do you deny that? Where the word "transit" is used as a noun, it would apply to such things as...

What is the Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways today?

You are, by not even reading what you quote. "You are trying your best..." is...

Would it, perhaps, be the Driving of Automobiles?

Yes.

Let's see if you aren't stopped from walking down the middle of the right lane of a bush highway. I'm sure you would be stopped, because you would be obstructing the Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on those Highways, that being the Driving of Automobiles.

Old Wolf Oh! I see what you mean! Well, in all my years, I have NEVER seen an Airplane Taxi down any Highway. That would be...

Being Transported is not Traveling at our own Inclination, but instead, at the Inclination of the Transporter. And, nobody has a Right to be Transported, as that involves the Inclination of the Transporter.

Your statement is oxymoronic where you suggest that it is a Privilege for some people, because of other people are exercising their Rights. Also, that is not an argument, but instead a rationalization. It could be rationalized that Liberty poses a serious hazard to other People. But, as Liberty is a Right, no state shall make any laws which would convert that Right into a Privilege.

And, as we have a Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways, no state shall Consbreastutionally make any laws which would deny us of that Right.

Straw Man. I never said I think any such thing. Just as our Right of Liberty and Life may be denied of us, by Due Process of Law, so can any other of our Rights, including our Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways. But, Driver Licensing IS NOT Due Process of Law, as Due Process of Law is to first summons one to court on charges, where they are then afforded the opportunity to defend themself in an orderly proceeding. Just as Licensing Liberty would not be Due Process of Law. And, no state shall make any laws which would convert our Rights into Privileges.
