Fact 1: The US Supreme Court has Ruled that We have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Highways. In the following quote, note the phrase: "and the right, ordinarily, of free transit". The word "ordinarily" is a qualifier for the word "transit".

Exhibit A, as evidence of Fact 1: "Undoubtedly the right of locomotion, the right to remove from one place to another according to inclination, is an attribute of personal liberty, and the right, ordinarily, of free transit from or through the territory of any state is a right secured by the 14th Amendment and by other provisions of the Consbreastution." - Williams v. Fears, 179 U.S.

Fact 2: The US Supreme Court has ALSO Ruled that we have the Right of the Customary Mode of Personal Travel on Public Highways. In the following quote, the US Supreme Court states that our "public navigable rivers" are to be considered as Public Highways, and that on Public Highways we have the Right of the Customary Mode of Personal Travel.
