In fact, it creates unsafe situations by obstructing the Transit Ordinarily used, for which our Public Highways are designed, after all.
Which brings the question, as the primary purpose of our Public Highways is to enhance our Right of Liberty, on which we all have an equal Right to Travel, if Driving Automobiles on them isn't a Right, wouldn't desigining them primarily for use by Automobiles actually counter their primary purpose?

I contend the answer to that question can only be a Resounding YES.
But, it isn't the desiging them primarily for use by Automobiles which counters their primary purpose, but instead it is the notion that Driving Automobiles on them isn't a Right.
Again, for the same reasons.
That's what we've been led to believe, but we've been misled. Licensing can only determine if one CAN drive safely. NOT if one WILL drive safely. But, the problem is if one WILL drive safely. And, the ONLY thing that can determine that is one's record. A record which can be kept even without the need of Licensing. Just as records are kept on how one abuses any other of their Rights.
