Driving is a Right 2581

Bill Funk

Irrelivant.

We have the Right to REQUEST or Solicit Transport, but we do not have the Right to be Transported, as such is at the Inclination of the Transporter. If we had a Right to be Transported, that would obligate others to provide us with Transport. But, those others have every Right to refuse to Transport us. So, how can we have a Right to something we don't have a Right to?

You presume I haven't already read that carefully. And, it does indeed say we have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own inclination on our Public Highways. You read it carefully.

But, we do not have a Right to be Transported, and we DO have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own inclination on our Public Highways.

The ruling says we have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways.

The Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways is Driving the Automobile.

I see a reference to the Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our Own Inclination on our Public Highways. Today, that just happens to be Driving the Automobile.

In the Second Amendment, do you see any reference to Repeating Rifles? No, you only see a reference to Arms. Repeating Rifles did not even exist at the time of the writiing of the Second Amendment. Yet, it is understood that Repeating Rifles ARE Arms, and therefore among our Rights.

Your refusal to recognize fact is Irrelivant.

My claim is that we have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways, and I have presented a US Supreme Court Ruling as evidence of that claim.

And, Driving Automobiles IS the Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways. DUH!

The point is that we have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways. The point is that State Licensing laws would presume to convert our Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways into a Privilege, thereby denying us of a Right. No State shall Consbreastutionally make any Laws which would convert a Right into a Privilege.

I am not debating if we have a Right to Travel at our own inclination, but that we have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel at our own Inclination on our Public Highways.

Rather, you are trying your best to deny the Transit Ordinarily used because there are others Transit not so Ordinarily used.

Again, you are trying to deny the Transit Ordinarily used because there are other Transits not so Ordinarily used.

Most people do not Ordinarily Travel by Bus on our Public Highways. And, NOBODY Travels by Train or Airplain on our Public Highways! Besides, while we have the Right to Travel at our own Inclination, we do not have the Right to be Transported at the inclination of the Transporter.

See above. Those forms of Transit are quite Extraordinary.
