No. Rights are no more artificial than is your Creation. All human beings, from the begining of our time, to it's end, are Created with the exact same Rights, regardless if their government or their culture recognizes those Rights.
Consider the Nature of "Action Reaction". When does a Reaction have the Right to Occur or Exist? Following, and ONLY Following the Action, of course. What is one Reaction to the Action of a Rock striking steel? A Rock Caused Dent, of course. Therefore, when does a Rock Caused Dent have the Right to Exist? ONLY Following the Action of a Rock striking that steel.
Now. What is one Reaction to the Action of the Creation of Human Life? Human Life itself, or course. Therefore, when does Human Life have the Right to Exist? ONLY Following the Creation of Human Life. Only if something is Created with Human Life does that Human Life have a Right to Human Life? The Creation of Human Life endows that Human Life with the Right to Human Life. Action Reaction.
Actually, all Sentient Life has a Right to Life. All Sentient Beings have the Power of Consent. The Power of Consent is the ability to give one's buttent or Approval to something done or proposed. To give Consent to something done or proposed is to say that with that Consent, such thing is Rightful, as opposed to being Wrongful without such Consent. The exercise of the power of Consent is the recognition of the existence of Rightful and Wrongful, whether correctly identified or not. Therefore, Rights are Endowed by the Creation of Sentient Beings. But, Rights are not determined by Sentient Beings.
The best a Sentient Being can do is guess as to what Rights they were Endowed with. Hopefully, they will guess Correctly. It is a pretty good guess that Sentient Beings were endowed by Creation with the Right to Life, as it is blatently obvious that Creation give them Life.
