Driving is not a Privilege. Driving is a Right. 3958

Doug

I'm not here seeking advice or directives from morons who are incapable of reading, comprehending and debating quotations from the US Supreme Court.

Because morons such as yourself respond to this Right in similar fashon as yourself, the State is going to continue to perpetuate their LIE, and continue to violate even further anyone who would dare attempt to exercise this Right. Because of f***wit morons such as yourself who haven't the first clue as to their true Rights, nor the ability to comprehend the Consbreastution or quotations from the US Supreme Court, everybody is loosing their Rights, little by little and one by one. You are a disgrace and an enimy by complacentcy to the Consbreastution of the United States.

Driving is not a Privilege. Driving is a Right. 3959
Ed Pirrero What the hell is it with your obsession with names, or handles? In this context, they mean nothing, other than a handle used to identify participants...

I really don't care what you don't want to hear. And, the US Supreme Court is the Highest Court in the United States (regardless of your opinion of them). Here is their ruling once again:

"Undoubtedly the right of locomotion, the right to remove from one place to another according to inclination, is an attribute of personal liberty, and the right, ordinarily, of free transit from or through the territory of any state is a right secured by the 14th Amendment and by other provisions of the Consbreastution." - Williams v. Fears, 179 U.S.

If you will notice, the link is provided at the end for you to reference to. Note spicifically the portion saying:

"and the right, ordinarily, of free transit"

Driving is not a Privilege. Driving is a Right. 3960
Doug Doug, I'm not here seeking advice, or to explain why or if I personally have or haven't done something...

How is this Right to be exercised? "ordinarily" How is the Right of Transit Ordinarily exercised today? Via the Automoble.

We have the Right of Transit Ordinarily used for Personal Travel on our Public Highways.

Pull your head out of your butt and study the issue.
