Prof. Jonez© Alaska requires a helmet for riders under age 18. Arizona requires a helmet for riders under age 18. Arkansas requires a helmet for riders under age 21. Connecticut requires a helmet...

Cite please? A dead person is not a drag on society in any way what so ever. I don't have a problem with anyone not using saftey equipment...it's their ceremony. Oh sorry you are one of those poor deluded fuels that thinks people should be protected from their own stupidity...what an butthole.

No it doesn't...more brain damaged people who drive in the rehab clinics than ride motorcycles.

Which is also a good argument for ending the war on drugs but you are attempting to change the direction of the discussion with this bit...

Actually the above paragraph is all BS. Motorcycles are superior in every way to cars...because they make you pay attention. If you don't you die. This is a good thing for society and the species as a whole. I'm sorry that MOST non-riders don't realize this. But then again that's why they don't ride, they are to stupid to. I say weed out the stupid, inattentive, unlucky and just plain worthless by making the having a motorcycle license as the ONLY license you a person can have until they are 18.

Frankly I find on average the non-riding public is of a lower IQ and sense community than the riding public. It shows in yours and the posts of others from the non-motorcycle groups...no I don't have much respect for non-riders. I am nice and polite to them because I was taught at a young age to be nice to stupid people and dumb animals and frankly I'm not to sure which category the average non-rider falls into. Now do toddle off and suck on the public teat.

While the Supremes may decide that helmet and seat belt laws are "legal" it still doesn't make...

-- Keith Schiffner History does not record anywhere at any time a religion that has any rational basis. Religion is a crutch for people not strong enough to stand up to the unknown without help. But, like dandruff, most people do have a religion and spend time and money on it and seem to derive considerable pleasure from fiddling with it. Robert Heinlein
