Rod Speed I sure hope you're right, Rod. I think the issue is that none of these alternatives - even a combination of all of...

But dont have to be if that becomes unviable.

Mindlessly silly number plucked out of your lard arse.

Just another mindlessly silly fantasy.

We've got plenty of those that have been around for decades now.

We just dont use them much because there is no need to currently.

More mindlessly silly stuff. Coal aint about to run out any time soon.

We did it MANY DECADES before today.

Only the terminally pig ignorant hysterics.

Wrong. It can be generated by nukes directly.

Taint gunna happen. That never happens in the first world.

We've had that for a long time now, its called electricity.

Rod Speed One more thought here. Unlike you, Rod, I was born in the mid-60s and have led a comfortable, sheltered life. I do value your perspective on this and find it rebutturing...

And nukes too.

Doesnt necessarily mean that now is the right time to invest in that industry tho.

I'm personally invested in the oil, natural gas and uranium industrys, amoungst others.
