Adrian much like they were saying : Q. Why didn't he stop at amber before the line? A. Because he'd already pbutted the line at green. Did he? From the OP: "Basically I was going along car infront of me stopped bang on an amberlight I entered the junction behind him just as he did this he stopped in it as the light was now red" Which part are you having difficulty with? Finding the part of the OP that says that he pbutted the light on green.
From a later post:
Buying a used carIt's not my definition. In effect it's what my policy states. Seems to me you're making you're own definition of what is meant by the term 'drive...
"Aplogies I'm not to good at describing things like this. Basically you hit it on the head coming up to the box junction was a traffic light on green and a stop line. I and the driver in front pbutted that light on green entering into the box junction then at the end of the box junction (not a very big one about 3 cars lengths long) there is a traffic light like the first one (repeater) turns to amber he slamms his break on I am forced to stop behind him. The road ahead was clear and he should've continued but he didn't. Stopped forcing me to and traffic from a small right side road coming out wasn't very happy"
