How long do you think yours will last if you run it maxed out all the time? For crying out loud, race car engines are designed for "that kind of use" and they don't last worth a damn.

I guess the vast majority of people drive like molbuttes in January as I keep up with traffic. By those standards I would guess you drive like driving. But unless I was on a closed course, I don't see how I could reach 400HP of fun fun and stay legal.

I could easily make a crack about how your idea of a practical car may be influenced by certain inadequacies from which you may suffer... But I won't. :)

I am sure my definition would match more closely to that of reasonable person. I wouldn't deny you your fun. Have had it. But spare me any butt smoke about a 400HP being practical. Hell, I have a twin screw cabin cruiser that gets about 2 mpg at Disney Jungle Cruise speed. Above about 12 knots the measure changes to gallons per mile. Practical? Hell no. Fun? Yeah.
