Sure, but you cutting your use will have no effect what so ever on gas prices. Me cutting mine MUCH more drastically than that didnt.
I would have cut mine by at least 98%, may well be a lot more than that.

If you had said that if you cut your gas usage by 10%, you'd be saving at least 10% of what you currently pay for gas, I would not have commented.

No one will be screwing me, essentially because I am rolling in it and I couldnt really care less even if the gas price was 10 times what it is now. As I said, I spend sweet f*** all on gas and even if I still used it at the rate I used to, that would STILL be trivially affordable for me.
The main effect on me would be that it would f*** the economy pretty comprehensively. I wouldnt even lose out financially even if that did happen because I happen to have quite a bit of money invested in one particular oil company that would benefit very dramatically.
