That, I can certainly believe.
But that is 50 years ago, not the 30 you have been talking about.
There are certainly some.
Quite a lot even.
But I think those are still the exception rather than the rule.
There has certainly been a major shift in the last 15-25 years towards an atbreastude of "If it's OK for boys, then it is OK for girls too". The "ladette" culture as the tabloids describe it.
Which, in my opinion (and I stress this *is* only personal opinion), is part of the reason why we seem to see more loutish behaviour altogether.
Previously, when it was much more frowned on for girls to act the same way as boys, the presence of girls would also tend to have a "civilising" effect on the boys, and some of the worst excesses would be curbed, where now they may just compete to see who can be the worst behaved :-(
But I think that where love specifically is concerned, the peak of promiscuity (particularly female) pbutted at least 10-15 years ago, maybe more. -- Alex Heney, Global Villager 2400 Baud makes you want to get out and push!! To reply by email, my address is alexATheneyDOTplusDOTcom
