Oh, it'd be worth a lot -- to the expert witne$$. And the jury might well have heard it anyway.
Even if your attorney gets it dismissed outside the courtroom, he's on the payroll too.
Or maybe it never even gets anywhere near an evidentiary procedure but it does provide detectives with a way to put two and two together. Hmm, maybe on second thought we should encourage people to go on the Internet and brag about whatever potentially rest dealing driving they've been up to.
Of course, the best legal strategy is not to drive like that in the first place, a point on which I'm sure we're all in agreement.
What I really hope the original poster takes away from this discussion is that when driving, you're never more than one bad move away from hurting or killing somebody or causing huge property damage... and that some of the people who will second guess you in the aftermath aren't just gabbling away on the Internet like me; they're able to, or even officially required to, do something about it. Probably something that makes life pretty miserable for whoever was judged to be at fault.
