If you are going to teach others then your own standard must be beyond reasonable reproach and you must certainly be 100% clued up on all of the theory behind what you are asking of them. YOU most certainly do NOT fit that bill.

No. They need to be SHOWN how to apply the techniques and if they don't understand or if they disagree then you must be capable of persuading them that what you are trying to teach is correct. THAT takes experience.
