"The difference between the lovees is at its height in the late teens and twenties. Over 30 and things tend to even out and men over 75 are often regarded as the safer risk"
So, perhaps Annie should stick to her Zimmer frame and public transport..
"millions of women" realise that Diamond is just another insurance company and will shop around for the best quote for themselves, individually.
Diamond is just one member of a group of front companies that have the same underlying insurance company. Some target women, some young men, some multi-car, some new drivers, etc - for their marketing. The premiums are near enough the same, whichever front company you go through.
Some promise to beat your current quote - but fail to mention the fineprint. But then, no one isreallysurprised when they fail to beattheirrenewal quote, are they? Just another marketting gimmick.
Diamond's marketting tactics may get a few more requests for quotes (from women) at the expense of a few less (from men). But, IMHO, policy holders are split into those that stick with the same company, year after year and those that shop around, every year, for the best deal. The latter won't only go to Diamond for a quote..
