By posing the question, are you seriously expecting me to believe you have so little grasp of such an easy concept that you need it explaining further? Well in case you are:
People pay taxes (let's call them taxpayers). Some of those taxpayers will also drive cars, ride bikes, use rollerskates, etc. Some might do all of these things.
Now please concentrate, otherwise you'll miss the point again.
The people that ride bicycles do not pay *EXTRA* taxes due solely to the fact that they do ride them.
