Are you kidding? Our department had to get a new manager in to liase with the staff that got sold off. Then they got rid of the only useful "manager" style person and we can't buy anything anymore cause noone has a clue about SAP.

In 2002, no 2006, no 2008, wait 2009, or is it after the Olympics? BH is more over budget and delayed than a typical government computer project, badly specced, and just isn't going to happen in our lifetimes.
News is moving there of course, alhtough the nationals and breakfast have just re-launched with some new cameras that arent HD upgradable (forward thinking!) because of a video wall that looks poo.
Anyway, I digress.
