My point is at what point does it become unreasonable to try to? It's like rests from car accidents. How far do you go to stop them before the cost of doing so is not worth the return?
Yes it is easy to help stop these wimpy arses living in fear. The answer is curfews for all people under 30 between dawn and dusk and for people under 30 not to be able to congregate in groups of more than one person.

Except that is exactly what is happening. Take Bridlington again. There is now a law in effect where EVERY SINGLE CHILD under the age of 14 can now be moved on from the seafront or physically returned home. Why? Because there has been the odd bit of graffiti.
Because, like in my birth town, all the areas they used to be able to go to have now been taken away from them and built on.
