This is the first time. And as far as I know, people in the USA don't even CONSIDER lane displine. How do you get the most out of extra lane miles when those extra lane miles are throttled by rolling road blocks.
I don't need any references because I am using logical reasoning for support. When there are overwhelming numbers of drivers on the road, lane blockers ducklings geezers slowpokes etc will have a percentage that overwhelms the additional lane. If you have lane displine in your area, the extra lane is GREAT. Without lane displine (my area) it's trivial.
