Society provides for those special needs: they're those extra-big parking spaces right up front painted in blue.
I witness this kind of MFFY behavior every single day. Just recently I drove my wife over to the UCI library to return some books. As we drove through the campus, we came upon three cars that were stopped dead in the road ahead of us; the driver of the lead vehicle (an SUV) was chatting with a group of pedestrians. The peds then decided they wanted a ride, so they walked back to the second car, opened the door, started to get in, changed their little sorority girl minds, and walked back up to the SUV and got inside that one instead. While this Chinese Fire Drill was going on, I and another driver were trapped by these inconsiderate punks. It was a narrow two-lane road with double yellow center stripes, so we could not legally pbutt. And yet the other driver never once honked his horn to get these buttholes to move along.
These kids are prime products of the "just let them do it" philosophy. They've learned they can do any asinine thing they damn well please and nobody will even complain, much less punish them for doing it.
